Can I eat pizza that sat in a hot car for about 4 hours?

If eating it fresh didn't make anyone sick, then it's probably safe to eat after 4 hours, providing it has been in a pizza box (or other closed container) and not in the open. If it's been in the open, I wouldn't risk it.



Don't save any for later though, since even refrigerating it, it'll go bad very rapidly. If you can do so, microwaving it until the cheese bubbles would be a good idea.

It doesn't matter where in the car it was the meat and cheese on the pizza could have grown bacterias that will give you food poisoning. I know its a waste of money but you should just throw it away. You would wish you did if you get food poisoning.

Its pizza , and wasting it wudn't be good , it'll taste like a pizza right outta the oven :) yummy , your lucky the pizza's at its best when the cheese is melted and all warm and not stale at all .

I do it all the time, my job is outdoors so my car is my microwave to keeps things warm (like pizza) I have never had any problems.

Yes you will survive, don't throw it away but I would recommend trying to finish it in one sitting (not by yourself of course), don't try to refrigerate any leftovers and save it any longer.
