It takes me about half an hour to get home from the store so I know that's safe. But I left it in my car for an hour by accident. Is it still safe to eat?

It depends on where you live and what the temperature is.

Defrosted pizza is fine. Warm runny pizza that has been left on the back shelf of a hot car usually isn't!

Also pizza is usually full of preservatives and well packaged.

Rice is the worst food, left over rice gave me the worst food poisoning I've ever had.

People fuss and worry too much. Sniff it. If it smells OK, heat it up. Taste it. If it tastes OK then eat it.

I don't worry about sell-by dates and the like. I use the above test and common sense. And I am still here.......

Absolutely not! Bacteria begins to grow within two hours, especially on the chicken.

The bigger the family you come from, the less you care about how good something is, I guess. I'd start to get worried if you had left it over night and even then just smell it and if it smells alright, it should be all good.

Depends on the weather, like others said. Generally, it's fine and it won't kill you to eat a pizza that's sat for an hour.

You have to de-frost it to eat it , don't you? So what's the problem?

Is it a hot day outside? If it is, then it's probably not wise. But if the weather is cold, then it should be ok, as long as you heat it very well.
