I do not cook with religion, I swear to much one I am throwing things together, and people do not put things back in the pantry.

Are you saying that all or at least most Canadians are atheists? Because, it doesn't matter what religion you are in the USA, but you will eventually wind giving money to your House of Worship. Without donations most Churches, Synagogues, Mosques etc. would not exist, so it is not wasted money. A House of Worship is not generally self-supporting (exclude donations).

Where exactly do YOU live?

Have you any clue how big the US is? There is probably every variation of what you just said in JUST the southern states alone.

AND FYI, Canadians ARE Americans. They just aren't from the US. US and Canada are in North America.

How do the churches and religions in YOUR country get their support? Don't Christians in other countries tithe??

Why would that be only an American thing when its actually a bibilical thing.

this question has nothing to do with food or recipes!!

I thought most Canadians were Catholic which is a religion and they must go to mass! by order of the Pope in Rome! Thus as Jesus said, give unto Ceasar what Ceasar is due and tithe to the church!

Seeing as this is the cooking and recipes section....

Because American bacon is 100x more tasty than Canadian bacon, so we pump way more money into our pig gods so we may have tasty breakfasts.

I am a Canadian and am not sure what the basis of the question or statement is, we Canadian take religion very seriously here.

In EVERY country, people support religion monetarily

No exceptions.
