Help! I swallowed a cherry seed?

What will happen?
I accidently swallowed a cherry seed.
and will a cherry grow out of my stomache?
WHAT will happen?
Please help!

Unless you also swallowed a gallon of potting soil and a glass of Miracle-Gro, don't worry. The acid in your stomach will keep the cherry pit from germinating -- the acid will eat away most of it and you'll pass the rest.
