nope.
I have this machine called the champion juicer. You put just a frozen banana through it and it comes out like banana soft serve ice cream.
I use it all the time for breakfast because I know a frozen banana still holds all its healthy elements.

you will could consume culmination and veg in some unspecified time interior the destiny to be healthful. there is this way of enormous variety accessible you will be able to desire to like some? How a pair of veg curry? For a healthful weight-help plan, you will be able to desire to be eating small to medium nutrition many times. 4 or perhaps 5 circumstances an afternoon. each and each meal (aside from breakfast which could ideally be fibre rich), could contain a balanced ammount of carbohydrates for skill, (from potatoes, rice and pasta, etc) protien (from fish, rooster, occassional beef is great, soya is stable too) and dissimilar supplementations, minerals and antioxidants (trouble-free clean fruit and veg). consume like this and make sure you're properly hydrated (fruit juice is as stable as water, any fluid counts, yet some fluids have undesirable outcomes too, consisting of alcohol or caffiene rich beverages.) you have a huge variety of healthful nutrition with this, from Thai, chinese language, Italian, British, Indian, etc. basically be sure each and each meal consists of balanced ammounts of those 3. on the wonderful ingredient too, clean veg and rice and pasta is a lot greater much less costly than crappy junk nutrition! this would not propose you cant have chocolate or pizza/takeaway/etc, basically shop them as very occassional treats.
