the jalapeno sauce with cheese and tomatoes sounds wonderful

I love pinto beans cooked with bacon or ham hocks, but I don't think it sounds good on hot dogs. No offense. It is because I think the flavor of the hot dog wiener would ruin the beans and bacon.

If you are thinking about serving this professionally, the best thing to do is to make up some samples and try out different varieties on the public. Make it look really nice. Have sample sized bites. Give it to them free. Tell them what is on it and ask them what they like the best and if they would order it in a restaurant.

This is how Gordon Ramsay one of the richest chefs in the world does it.

Everything sounds good except for the tomatoes - I am allergic to raw tomatoes - and I would use either a Hebrew National All Beef or a Vienna Pure Beef hot dog and put it all on a steam poppy seed bum. Mmmmmm

To be honest, it sounds good. I stopped eating pork and cheese a while back though, but reading that has my mouth watering. I would probably go with a veggie or chicken dog and turkey bacon and all the other stuff :) Yum!

Sir Penguin, you are proper to be concerned. H1N1 has developed far quicker than anybody could have imagined and has emerge as what the science group refers to as a 'super virus.' while all super viruses are particular, they share the common starting place of Mexican Pigs. That is the place the normal flu came from, as good as Avian Flu, Scurvy, and Ebola. Not only that, however vaccinations and antibacterial soaps are vain against them, and if anything, makes the virus more desirable and smarter.

It's called a Sonoran Hot Dog. There pretty good. Love hot dogs and eat em however they come. When we travel I make sure I get to try a hot dog from that region.

The jalapeno sauce would be a little too hot for me, but I'd try it.
