I have been trying to like Stilton cheese for ages, as I am determined that there should be nothing that I don't enjoy eating. It has worked with other ingredients but I just cannot get past the taste of Stilton and other blue cheeses.
What is is that people like about it, because to me I cannot see the attraction.

It is an aquired taste and quite strong so why dont you start with a mild blue cheese cambazola is a good one or dolchelatte.

Stilton is not for everyone, it is an acquired taste ....... the way some wine either will have that certain "nose" that really catches you or not. I personally don't care for it myself.
kick it

Oh but what a boring world this would be if we all enjoyed the same things...I like it with a robust wine.

I don't see the point of "trying" to like a food. If you don't like it, don't eat it.
I love it.
