My dog got hold of a peppermint hard candy in its plastic wrapper. Ate it both. Should I be worried??? Candy was the size of a quarter. Husky dog

It should be fine since it was not in a foil wrapper. As long as he's acting normally it should just pass. However you're lucky, had it been a smaller dog it could have choked to death. My family has a yorkie and he eats anything and everything, he's eaten wrappers before too it always passes as long as it's not foil or chocolate...
If he does seem to be acting strange, call your vet tell him the situation...Better safe than sorry

It's fine. My miniature poodle does stuff like that all the time. He's a PIG. He never chews his food.
If I give him almonds, he swallows it whole, or some snacks I give him that I eat (human food obv.). I even give him dog snacks and he swallows them in huge chunks.
Your dog is most likely going to barf it out, be aware of that incase he barfs on your bed, sofa, rug, etc.
My dog also once jumped on the table and gobbled down a whole basket of chocolate candy in wrappers. His birthday is on the 17th of this month. He's turning 7 and still acts like a baby. I love him. :)
INCASE your dog acts abnormal and starts showing pain, take him/her to the vet. It shouldn't be fatal or deadly or bad for your dog. Very low chance something bad can happen.

Don't worry, my dog eats a bunch of stuff. Like she always gets dryer sheets and food wrappers! If your dog looks or acts sick THEN you should be worried and bring it to the vet. Hope all goes well!

he will now have wrapped turds.
Keep in mind that dogs eat cat poop, grass, other dog poop, dead animals, etc. a few candy wrappers shouldn't cause any harm. Watch for them in his poop just in case

it relies upon if it replaced into allot of chocolate than you are able to make your canine upchuck if it replaced right into a sprint than your fantastic yet while it replaced right into a tipe of sticky candy than it may get caught in its troat so which you would be able to see a vet dude!!

It will just go through him. Not a good idea but he will be ok.
