My chemist only has hydrochloric acid or muriatic acid. My coffee brewer needs citric acid or
tartaric acid to wash the impurities building up inside. But muriatic acid is way stronger than
citric or tartaric acid. In fact, muriatic acid is highly toxic so there's no way it can be use to wash
the coffee brewer. So is there any fruit juices instead that will do the work of a citric or tartaric acid??

You can buy citric acid in most stores in powder form and just add to water.

Or you can just use plain everyday white vinegar to clean your coffee machine. That is what most companies recommend that you use

Either way, make sure you run 3 cycles of water to flush out your choice of cleansers

I wouldn't clean it, why bother. A lot of thew 'flavour is in that brown stain, and flushing it through with the stuff you are on about in slightly dangerous. But if you must try bicarbonate of soda (or baking powder)
