I looked at the Schwarz website and none of their gravies ssem to have yeast extract. I'm not usually a fan of "cheating" but their range is tasty and easy to make. I especially like the turkey gravy. Goes with anything.

Make the gravy from scratch with roast drippings, flour or cornstarch and milk or water. No yeast involved.

Make your own. Use drippings or look in a cookbook for stock type gravies. They are very good.
