hi guys, i love eating bananas, and eat up to 10 bananas a day, any time i feel a bit hungry i eat one,
i was wondered what harm can it cause me doing so, and if there is any benefit eating bananas

Bananas are very healthy and you can eat all you want if you don't have a weight problem.

I actually don't think that eating 10 bananas a day is weird...

Potassium is one of the most important electrolytes in the body,so that is good.



I think that 10 a day is a bit too much...

Because too much of anything is bad...LOL



I would go to to the doctors or a health nutritionist and get them to check if it is OK...

bananas r good source of iron, pottasium and other nutrients required for your body but 10 a day r too much, try other furits also u will have a good choice

the harm it could be causing if giving you a pottasium overdose which can be very dangerous

try varying it with other fruits of vegetables or even nuts and seeds. that way your still healthy but not in danger! x

nothing wrong with bannanas but 10 a day!?

that's too many.

limit yourself to say 5, and try eating other fruits or vegetables in place of the bannana.
