Interesting you should mention that. I had changed my diet to a seafood diet. Eating a lot of shellfish shrimps calamari and so on. Guess what? I was diagnosed with over active thyroids. Now I I am OK, I think!!!!

based on the information i read...good luck trying to get iodine poisoning you'd have to eat tonnes and tonnes of shrimp for a long long long time..and even then its very unlikely that you will have poisoning...if people in Japan can eat iodine every single day for years and years..you are safe...enjoy the shrimp!!

PS;;milk is higher in iodine than shrimp!!!

Iodine excess

It is rare for diets of natural foods to supply more than 2,000 mcg of iodine/day, and most diets supply less than 1,000 mcg/day. People living in the northern coastal regions of Japan, whose diets contain large amounts of seaweed, have been found to have iodine intakes ranging from 50,000 to 80,000 mcg (50-80 mg) of iodine/day (1).

didnt know indy had casinos. best advice, stay away from casinos and shrimp. why eat shrimp? one shrimp could kill you. you could even be allergic. eat foods you know are ok with you.casinos cost you plenty. they are fun but dont yield good returns.sin was fun too,but it will kill also. best bet? avoid all for health, wealth and life.
