Mature chedder! I love it at christmas with a slice of christmas cake and a slice of apple. Works well with red Leicester as well.



My BF prefers mild white chedder, so we generally 'argue' at the cheese counter lol

Red Lecister, oh and Dunlop cheese is fab, but so hard to find, even in Scotland.

hot pepper jack cheese with any kind of cracker.

American shredded mixed with Jack.

shredded Monterey & American cheese. also white American cheese.

regular good old sharp Cheddar
