It depends on a number things. If bottled. It's purified and/or filtered so probably no taste. If bottled and flavored, whatever the label says that flavor is. If city water, you'd likely taste at least a hint of chlorine, or possible more than just a hint. If well water, which is often hard, there may be a metal taste. If from the ocean, you would taste salt. If from a lake, it could taste of whatever contaminants are in that particular lake. If from a 3rd world country where there is a shortage, or could taste like mud, dirt, feces, urine and whatever other contaminants might be in that water.
