what aisle can I found wasa crackers?

like do you found them in the cracker aisle of the grocery store or in the organic aisle and I am trying to lose weight can someone tell me if they are good or bad because what I heard that they are ok and don't have to much fat.

At my store they are in the cracker aisle. They are lower in calories and contain more fiber than most other common crackers.

They are usually on a shelf with the stuffing, bread sticks and other fancy crackers. Not always in the cracker aisle. Ask someone who works in the store.

Usually they're in the bread aisle near the tortillas, etc.

The trick is to look at the carbs, not the fat content.

Depends on what grocery store chain you have in your city, I was paying a little over $3 a pkg. but i recently found them at our local "big lots" store for $1.80 a pkg. and they have a couple types to choose from!! (Walmart carries them also).
