I know that eating bacon and eggs every morning would be bad for me, but how about hash browns? I've been eating a lot of them lately - they're easy to make - and was wondering just how bad they might be.

Hash brown is my favorite. You need to limit to eat high cholesterol breakfast food bacon and eggs. If you put oil or butte on hashbrown that is bad for your heart and blood pressure.

Hash brown w/o oil and butter is ok. Try to add little to brown it and you can ham or Canadian Bacon and white eggs are not bad for you everyday, but try to eat other stuff every other day.

I always order hash browns when I go to Denny's.

The difference is that I don't go to Denny's everyday!

Moderation is the key, yet how you prepare them makes a difference.

Hash browns are not bad for you, relax.

I can eat bacon, eggs, pizza, ice cream, chocolate cake, whatever... and I never gain a pound.

But I also do not eat these "foods" everyday!

But that is obviously not the case for everyone.

Moderation.... with everything is your answer.

Hash browns should be fried in real butter not grease or margerine.
