Healthy weight loss is 1 - 2 lbs per week. Sorry, losing 10 lbs in a week is not realistic. You should be eating 5 - 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. If you only eat say twice a day, your metabolism will slow down - therefore it you get 5 - 6 healthy meals/snacks a day it will be at a good rate to burn calories, and use the nutrients it needs. Breakfast, mid morning snack, Lunch, mid afternoon snack, Supper, evening snack. Try whole grain products not white; get lots of veggies and fruit; use lean meats; low-fat products; be easy on the butter/salad dressings/toppings/etc. Exercise is another thing you need to include with healthy eating - they go hand in hand. Aim for 3 - 5 days a week ; walking for 30 - 60 minutes; some form of cardio and strength training. Try activities like swimming, skiing, rollar blading, biking, dancing, fitness classes, etc to make them more interactive and fun. Good luck!

I would say no. Green peppercorns are hot and spicy while Capers are pickled. Quite a different flavor. Run out and get the Peppercorns, you will probably ruin your dish.
