How many grams are in 1 cup of cooked rice?

Well, i don't have measuring cups or a weighing scale, so i need your help :)

Okay, so i have this Jasmine Fragrance White Rice. I need to know how many grams are in 1 cup of cooked white rice.

Or at least the measurement of any plain cooked rice if ya can't give me an answer for the Jasmine white rice.

The weight of cooked rice depends a lot on how you cook it. Because rice absorbs water during its cooking. And how much water rice absorbs depends on how much water you put in and how long you cook the rice.



The only accurate way to know the weight of cooked rice is to weigh the rice on a scale.
