The blood has just drained from it... it should still be okay to eat... you may want to take a sniff first though.
Edit: If it smells rotten then toss it.

If you buy fresh from the butcher three days ago it should be okay but that also depends on how long the butcher had it. Most cases the greenish grayish color spots is from air discoloring the meat. Beef is not aged in this country like it is in Europe aging gives meat flavor and allows the natural enzymes to help tenderize the meat. If the meat has soured it will be real slimy and have a very strong distinct odder. You can cook a small piece in a frying pan and if the meat smells sour or taste sour it is bad. If the meat has just a little slimy feeling to it takes some white vinegar or any vinegar rinse it that will cut the slimy feeling rinse in cold water pat dry. Season well and cook. It should be fine. In the old days in Europe before refrigeration goose liver sauces were developed to hide the taste of game that had gotten very old.

Um. No. Pitch it and try again. You should either freeze meat immediately or use it within a couple days. But it shouldn't have gone bad already (not that bad anyway). Maybe see if you can get a refund.
