I'm going to a buffet tonight for dinner and because I'm almost certain that I'm gonna stuff my face, because it's a buffet, I've been watching my calories all day.
I woke up late around 11:30, and then showered and did some chores, then I ate a Tlc Kashi Dark Almond Mocha granola bar (130 calories)
We're eating around 6:00 and I ate that around 2:25-2:30.
Do You think I'll be okay if I eat what I want to tonight, or do I need to watch what I eat tonight too?

It is actually healthier for you to pig out once a month or so. This is because the human body evolved to eat this way. In prehistoric times, humans were hunter-gatherers. They tended to starve except when they encountered a group of animals, a grove of fruit trees or a patch of vegetables. You would do well to emulate this lifestyle.

A buffet is no fun if you deprive yourself,

Lololol i loveeee food and buffets, & you barely ate anything all day! Eat what you want, but don't overeat, listen to your body! Enjoyyyy=)

Since you've been eating so little all day go ahead and treat yourself at the buffet. Eat whatever you want, you deserve it :)
