If you like Mexican, which I definately do, here is a really easy one!
Taco Casserole
12 Hard Taco Shells
1 lbs Ground Beef
1 Envelope Taco Seasoning
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Tomatoes, Green Onions and Lettuce (Optional)
Sour Cream (Optional)
Cook Ground Beef with Taco Seasoning as directed on Taco Seasoning package. Crush all Taco Shells, set aside. In a square casserole dish (8X8, 9X9) layer Crushed Shells, Taco Meat, Cheddar Cheese and repeat. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (or until cheese in center is melted). Cut into squares and serve. Top with Tomatoes, Lettuce, Green Onions and Sour Cream.
Hope you find something to make!

go to your local supermarket (like giant or safeway) and in the freezer section pick up a nice frozen dinner from Bertoli. They have things like chicken alfredo with mushrooms and other great things.
