Alcohol. If you just like to eat junk, you may be able to keep i in moderation. But if you are drinking-you are likely to just start scarfing down the junk anyway without even caring about the amount. I'v never heard a drunk person go "Gee- I could go for a nice salad" no, It's usually alot of fried stuff.

alcohol. i eat tons of junk but i dnt get fat. plus alcohol builds up on ur system so its most likely to get u fat than junk food.,ΓΌ

It depends on how much of the two you consume. On the upside, if you consume too much alcohol, you're likely to throw most of it back up.

lots of fast food .. like mcdonalds, lots of alcohol (any)
and lots of foods high in fat

Both. With lack of exercise and any intake of unhealthy products, you not only going to be fatter, your going to put yourself at risk for many health problem. Diabetes is a big one.
