Ginger is good for you in any form. It helps to settle an upset stomach. Try some Ginger Beer (its not beer, it's a soft drink). It's a bit stronger flavour than ginger ale but it's really good.......might not be as readily available as ginger ale though, depending where you live.

ginger beer has ginger, from the seems of my Canada dry ginger ale bottle, it merely says organic flavors...that would properly be something. i could assume ginger yet I had ginger beer in a bottle and that's sturdy and sturdy.

GINGER ALE:
--Is good when you have a somach ache or pain.
I'm not exactly sure why it helps. I believe it is still considered a pop, but is a bit healthier than others, such as diet sodas.

it has alot of sugar,so if ur on a diet i would avoid it, it helps if you are bloated,i drink it when im on my period cuz it helps reduce the cramps, even those diet pop they still contain sugar, i would suggest you drink something healthy like orange juice,or pomegrantes and cranberry is also good for u,when ur buying things read the nutritional facts, they will help you decide which one is better, thats what i do,hope i helped if not...i still tried :)
