Until 1963 three percent of the white frosting used in Oreo cookies was whale blubber.

No. Its not true. I got the ingredient list off of the "Nabisco" website:

Ingredients: SUGAR, ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE [VITAMIN B1], RIBOFLAVIN [VITAMIN B2], FOLIC ACID), HIGH OLEIC CANOLA OIL AND/OR PALM OIL AND/OR CANOLA OIL, COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, BAKING SODA, CORNSTARCH, SALT, SOY LECITHIN (EMULSIFIER), VANILLIN-AN ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, CHOCOLATE.

No whale blubber! (It is illegal in the U.S.A. to use whale meat in any shape, form or fashion.)

NOT TRUE! If it was made of whale blubber, whales would be extinct! And on the link below, do you see the ingredient " Whale Blubber "?

Not true, but it's just as bad for you. When it comes to cookies, if I can't make it at home, with ingredients I can find at home, I'm staying away from it! Oreos are all artificial nastiness!
