rocket or rucola is a very tasty salad leaf that's readily available in most good supermarkets. It has a strong taste, a bit like watercress. Full of vitamins and makes a nice change from boring lettuce. In a sandwich with cheese, or as a after topping on a pizza with fresh tomato,its a breath of fresh air.
