I recently got hired at panda express, and the food there is addictively good, and best of all its free for me. But as good as it is, is it bad to eat it on a regular basis( 4 days a week)???
Does the food really contain MSG, or an other secret substance that might harm me.
And why do I think about the food all afternoon when i get home???

yes- the secret substances are FAT and SODIUM.

Eating that daily will do no one any good.

if you have to - choose white rice, and a SMALL Amount of veggies, but they salt even those.

And YES you have a choice.

Read the ingredients list on the packageing as their food is not made from scratch but has a lot of processed ingredients in it. If it has MSG it will be listed as it is required to be listed according to federal law.

The thing I would worry about the most is that it has a HIGH sodium content (like most processed foods). Plus you need to eat some fresh fruits and vegetables for roughage.

If you think about food so much try eating 4 times a day with fresh fruit for snacks in between. Drink lots of water. Often when people think they are feeling hungry, actually it is that they are dehydrated. If you drink a lot of sodas it causes dehydration.

MSG stands for monosodium glutamate. It's an additive that makes foods taste "meatier". There is, of course, a lot of sodium in this, high intakes of which over time can cause all sorts of cardiovascular problems. Some people have a sensitivity to MSG. They get headaches and generally feel awful for a day or two. But a lot of restaurants are phasing this out these days, as more literature on the risks of too much sodium is published. Ask your supervisor if the food has MSG in it.

In addition to the sodium, though, you should consider the fat is in this type of food and whether or not you want to include that in your long term daily diet. Depending on what you're eating there, you could be ingesting as much as 500 cal more than normal in a single day. That's almost 50 g worth of fat. You'll also have to consider what type of fat it is. Saturated fats take longer to break down in the body than monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats, and thus, are worse for you. Most fats used to fry foods are overwhelmingly made up of saturated fats. Like sodium, too much fat can cause cardiovascular problems down the line, as well as general lethargy and malaise. Unless you're in a terrible rush one morning, I'd skip the free food (bummer, I know) and get into the routine of regularly packing yourself a lunch from home.

incredibly spiced nutrients is okay as long as you could cope with it. each and every person nutritionist whilst your pregnant it quite is quite stressful actually. i'm beneficial this us a snack and your no longer residing off of those issues. purely confirm you're ingesting properly and ingesting loads of fluids. i'm 28 weeks and that i nonetheless consume roasted jalapenos crammed with cream cheese and wrapped in turkey Beaverbrook on any particularly much conventional foundation. amniotic fluid would not mimic the flavour of what you're ingesting till 26-27 weeks or maybe then the flavour is so diluted it quite is not going to be as incredibly spiced for the infant as that's for you. in case you do get heartburn save tums available, even nonetheless i'm getting heartburn/indigestion from acidic ingredients like tomatoes or greasy nutrients yet i will consume an entire plate of jalapenos and nit be effected. So incredibly spiced nutrients could properly be a user-friendly instigator of heartburn yet isn't a hundred% continually the perpetrator. So in case you do get heartburn it would not thoroughly recommend your takis n warm fries are out :)

MSG will only harm you if you are allergic to it. It seems you have an addiction. Try only eating it on special occasions
